About St. Martin High Desert
Founded in 2020, St. Martin High Desert is a locally rooted hospice organization serving the heart of the Mojave Desert and surrounding High Desert communities—including Victorville, Adelanto, Apple Valley, Hesperia, and Barstow.
Our mission is simple but profound: to provide compassionate, dignified, and personalized end-of-life care that honors each patient’s unique journey. With over a decade of collective experience, our interdisciplinary team is deeply committed to walking alongside individuals and families during one of life’s most sacred transitions.
At St. Martin, we treat every patient as if they were part of our own family. From pain management to emotional and spiritual support, our care is holistic and heart-centered—built on trust, respect, and presence.
We offer a full spectrum of hospice services, including:
-
Individualized care planning
-
Family support and health education
-

-
Ongoing bereavement care
We believe that no question is too small and no concern too big. If there’s anything our website doesn’t cover, our team is only a call or message away. It would be our honor to support you and your loved one through this chapter.
