About St. Martin High Desert
St. Martin High Desert is a new hospice organization founded in 2020 in the Mojave Desert. One of our major focuses is serving the community around us, including many cities in towns in the High Desert, including: Victorville, Adelanto, Apple Valley, Hesperia, and Barstow!
With over ten years of collective experience, our interdisciplinary team is here to serve you and your family during your end-of-life transitioning stage. We are focused on quality care and committed to serving your needs.
We treat all of our patients as if they were our own family and we welcome you into our care. The SMHD team is here to answer all of your questions and help assess your needs to create a personalized care plan for you.
